The new office

Dear John, thank you for your email about the plan to move our team to the new office. Admittedly, the building is modern and the rent is lower. Nevertheless, I have to say that I am not entirely convinced.

Firstly, the new office is a long way from the station, so most of us would spend far more time travelling. Secondly, the meeting rooms are barely big enough for six people. Apparently, the company is likely to grow next year, and the space would soon be too small. Lastly, the move is due to happen in December, which is our busiest month.

Frankly, the money we would save is not that much, so I don't think the move is necessarily a good idea. Alternatively, we could stay here and use the empty rooms on the second floor, which nobody has used for years. It isn't a perfect solution, but it would surely be far cheaper. Overall, I think we should discuss it again before anyone makes a decision. Presumably, Anna will want to join the discussion too, as she is the one who plans our timetables.
