Ukrainian vocabulary A1: Reading and pronunciation
The 33 letters of the Ukrainian alphabet in six steps, from the letters that look and sound as in English (а, е, і, о, к, м, т) to the false friends (в, н, р, с, у, х, и), the new shapes (ж, ш, ч, щ, ц) and я, ю, є, ї, й, ь, then the rare ґ. Each letter is heard in a word, recognised by ear and on the page, built from its letters, and each word is read for its meaning. Nothing is typed: the keyboard comes with the first list.
