Getting started

Open an account, find a first list, and run a session.

Kardamone is a card-revision site: a card holds a question and its answer, and you practise recalling one from the other. There is nothing to install.

Opening an account

Kardamone is in open beta: you do not need an invitation to sign up. Fill in the registration form and the account is yours.

When you register, confirm your email address using the link you are sent. Until it is confirmed, the account exists but you cannot use it.

Your first session, in four steps

  1. Open the Catalogue from the menu (on the left on a computer, at the bottom of the screen on a phone) and choose a list.
  2. Press "Add to my library": you study the catalogue list itself, and its corrections reach you.
  3. Open the list and press "Train". The session starts straight away.
  4. Keep answering until the session ends. Your progress is saved card by card as you go.

What the home page shows

Your account's home page shows four numbers: answers given today against your daily goal, reviews due, your streak of consecutive days, and the week's total. Below them are the lists you opened most recently.

The daily goal is set in Settings › Study. Every answer counts, including ones given offline once they have synced.
