Sharing a list
The share link, what the recipient can do, and how to take access back.
Creating a link
The "Share" button, on the page of a list you own, opens a panel. While no link exists it offers "Create a sharing link" — that is the only way to start sharing.
Once the link exists, the same button shows the link, a button to copy it, and "Stop sharing".
What the recipient gets
The link requires an account: the person has to be signed in to open it. They get read-only access to the list, which appears in their library with the "Shared with you" badge. They can study it, and their progress is their own.
They cannot change your cards. They can take an independent copy, which becomes their own list and stops following yours.
The link is not public: finding it is not enough, a Kardamone account is needed too.
Taking access back
"Stop sharing" ends the sharing: the link stops working, and everyone who was following the list keeps a private copy of it, as it was that day. To share again, create a new link.
Trashing or deleting the list cuts shared access too. Restoring a list from the trash does not restore sharing: a new link has to be created.
Someone who no longer wants a list shared with them removes it from their library through the ⋮ menu; the list stays with you, untouched.
